Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities : 

  • Measurement and taking off
  • Material control
  • Comparison for the sub-con quotation
  • Prepare framework for correspondence letter related to contractual issue and submit to superior for reviewing and verification purpose
  • To prepare project documentation
  • To compile sample materials & shop drawings for submission and confirm with relevant consultants
  • To attend and assist Project Person in Charge on coordination matter
  • To prepare valuation of subcontractors’ progress claim
  • To prepare and submit progress claim, final account to client
  • To follow up certificate of payment from Clients / Consultants
  • Variation Order

Contract Manager

Responsibilities 

  • To prepare tender prices
  • To monitor progress & prepare progress claim up to final account to the clients
  • Site measurement & process sub-con claims
  • Monitor & control project cost and evaluate the contractual claim
  • Provide contract advisory & support the project team
  • Responsible for monitoring both pre & post contract administration activities of construction project undertaken

Requirements : 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or its equivalent
  • Minimum 3/4 years of experience in handling property development/ construction / ID renovation
  • Must have experience at least 3 years in managerial level
  • Able to work under pressure & independently
  • Planning & organizing
  • Required language (s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia with Chinese will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of construction drawings & documentations
  • Must be a key player & assume additional responsibilities
  • Salary package offered will commensurate qualification & experience
  • Must possess critical thinking, decision making, analytical & problem solving skills.

Operation Executive

Responsibilities : 

  • Provide all necessary executive support & assistance to the PA to Director.
  • To attend all secretarial duties, administration and provide support to the Management team of the Company under minimum supervision while able to maintain highest degree of confidentiality
  • Assist in all official matters
  • Organizing & maintaining diaries and schedule appointments for PA to Director & Directors
  • Collating documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Responsible in complying all Department’s Management Report on monthly basis and submit to Management
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by the PA to Director.
  • Carrying out any other duties & functions as the PA to Director shall deem fit and necessary from time to time
  •  Provides administrative support for the PA to Director, including travel bookings, scheduling, processing expense claims and invoice approvals and taking accurate meeting minutes
  • Facilitates correspondence on the PA to Director’s behalf and manage her e-mail inbox while exercising initiative, discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements : 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well
  • Excellent command on both writing and speaking in  English is A MUST.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with high level of professionalism. Able to work independently & interact effectively with all parties.

Project Executive (ID Renovation / Maintenance)

Responsibilities

  • To direct, organize and control project activities, under the direction of the Project Manager & Project Director.
  • To supervise, control and coordinate the construction activities and workers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • To be involved in project planning, organizing, implementation and monitoring.
  • To liaise with clients, consultants and contractors and ensure project quality plans are implemented accordingly.
  • To prepare maintenance job’s quotation, manage costing for each project and report to Project Manager
  • To prepare project progress report, monthly management report & etc. required by the project and organization.
  • To report work progress to Project Manager daily.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture, and Mathematics, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • Organize and be responsible for the work.
  • Able to meet & respect dateline with good productivity & quality competitive.
  • Result oriented aggressive and pro-active with good coordination qualities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with clients/consultants/team members/sub-contractors.
